Picture of Leighton at his track meet. Something about this kid and 3. He got 3rd in the softball throw, 3rd in the 220 run. Then at the Cherokee track meet he go 3rd in the running long jump, but he got 5th in the 400 run and his team won the shuttle relay.
Leighton raced his QRC in the Texoma Shootout at the World of Wheels in Wichita Falls, TX. He did a really good job for the 1st time in the kart. Leighton raced in the stock animal and the modified animal classes. He finished 7th in the stock animal and 2nd in the modifed animal. Leighton really likes his QRC and wishes they ran closer to home.
Leighton also raced the Lonestar Kart Nationals in Wichita Falls, TX. He did a very good job. He was runninf 3rd when they got tangled up. He was one of the fastest on the track, one of the few karts that was passing.
